Signa September 5, 2010 As every year (now have 20 consecutive) on the first Sunday of September is the traditional dispute RAPID chess under the arcade of Signa, near the Town Hall.
organized as always by the trio: Franco Moschini, Lorenzo Bini, Marco Gori, sponsored by the Pro Loco di Signa and directed by Luke Bariani good referee.
This year the number of participants decreased slightly, but overall good, considering the two tournaments at the same time (Sasso Marconi and Siena) surely penalized entries to our event. We have however received 56 highly skilled chess players: FIDE Master 4, 15 candidates and a long string of national categories!
