Exciting final exercise technique

Nell 'in October of 2008 I played in this match against a strong Croatia Fide Master, Branko Mrksic, the public satisfaction with the technical precision with which I have won the final.

Why Does My Dog Get Warts?

A combination aesthetically exceptional

I want to explain a game which - in my opinion - illustrates well what is the intrinsic beauty of chess. Beauty and serendipity, or find combianzione unexpectedly while you are looking for more. In this case, the connotations of the combination are so special that we can really talk about work of art. White was definitely the player with a strong player and so Black has certainly made some strategic errors, but the incredible series of moves that leads to the final mad he could not reside a priori in the mind of Edward Lasker, or only result from its intentions: it was there, in the game of chess. Michelangelo Buonarroti claimed as "the work and already in the marble, I do I just leave."

" have come to the conclusion that not all of the artists are chess players, but that all chess players are artists. " (Marcel Duchamp)

Marcel Duchamp

" A chess game is a visual and plastic thing, and if it is geometric in a static sense of the word, is at least mechanically, as it is something that moves and is a drawing, a mechanical reality . The pieces are beautiful in themselves, any more than it is game, but what is beautiful - if the word "beautiful" can be used - is the movement. So it's just a mechanical, in effect, for say, a Calder. In chess there are certainly things very beautiful part of the movement, but certainly not in the visual field. And 'the imagination of movement or gesture that gives the beauty, in this case. This is something that takes place entirely in the gray matter. Drip Hose For Water Heater

A lesson on the openings

Morphy, P - Duke Karl \\ Count Isouard [C41]
Paris, 1858

to see the game on site chessgames

1.e4 e5 This is' one of the most 'beautiful chess games of Morphy. The famous game played in the range of' opera The Barber of Seville , hence the name Barber failure of the equally famous for combining elements where White gives mate in a few moves with the Woman on f7, and that in this game is simply threatened the 6th stroke.

This game allows me to illustrate various strategic elements and the accuracy: the importance of
1) to develop his pieces quickly
2) save time and take the initiative
3) Keep a check on the center
4) attach a piece nailed
5) using an open column and use the diagonals to enable the most of the pieces.

2.Nf3 d6 Philidor Defense

Bg4 3.d4
The horse is immobilized

4.dxe5 Axf3 5.Dxf3 dxe5
Note how the same material, we are moving back to white. Imagine that, disposed of the same pieces on both sides - the pedestrians, the horse and the lieutenant - have been the moves 1.e4 e5 2.Df3, now it does concern to black and white, this means saving of time .

6.Ac4
and threatening to take the initiative .. crazy .. the famous idiot Barber

7.Db3 6 ... Nf6!

If Black responds such a move .. a6? takes its mate in two moves. [ 7 ... a6? 8.Axf7 + Scacco 8 ... # RE7 9.De6 Fool]

7 ... Qe7 With this move, as well as defend themselves from mad Queen makes black also taken of the possible problems b7 pawn by the White Queen. For if the woman takes the white pawn, following the failure to b4 and the forced return of women.

8.Cc3
d5 is a key to the White House - four of his pieces already control it, if Black allows him the White House will support this with his pieces to fill and making it a strategic outpost.

8 ... c6
The key concept of the house is not immune to attempts to prevent black to white to use it as an outpost. Keep an eye on the house key in your games and direct your pieces and pawns to them. This is a good strategy whether you are on proc is to defend you. (With the push c6 Black defends the pawn on b7 also directly with her as the Queen of the counter-check to the king in b4 the black woman is no longer possible.)

9.Ag5
The horse is immobilized . The range of Alfa in g5 extends to the house d8. It will have a crucial role in the final infattti of this game.

9 ... b5?
The White decided to sell a piece in exchange for two pawns and a strong attacco.Solo a strong player can adopt this strategy. So it's a good idea to revisit the part of a strong player: you can learn new tricks.

10.Cxb5! cxb5 11.Axb5 +
check by this time the White keeps the initiative and will not repent of his choice.

11 ... Cbd7
The horse covers the setback but remains immobilzzato: nailed. White does not let the chance to secure the Black King with castling nor to develop his pieces. Black is too busy difenderesi.

12.0-0-0! Attach a piece nailed
is a good strategy nine times out of ten. In addition, the White King was taken to safety. A strategic move that satisfies two principles at once is a good move.

12 ... TD8 pieces blacks Note: Bishop and Rook on h8 unused, locked in the other tower defense, Horses and the Queen pinned with little scope.

13.Txd7! sacrifice of quality: a rook for a knight.

Txd7 13 ...
The Dark Tower enters a nailing and remains immobilized. What will be the next move for White? Remember that attacking a piece nailed down, and 'a good idea nine times out of ten?

14.Td1!
The White attacks and wins the pinned piece openly. The White man who had sacrificed the quality now takes over the Tower.

14 ... DE6
The Black Queen try restoring mobility to respond to his white horse to take the bishop after the capture of the Dark Tower. After this move White has provided a combination not easy to see and understand at first sight.

15.Axd7 +
CHECK Notice how all the white pieces are in play. Black continues to have two pieces not developed. The rapid development of pieces and 'an important element in the strategy of' opening.

15 ... Cxd7 White has now facing what is the ultimate goal of chess strategy: the combination of checkmate. Women in Chess b8!

16.Db8 +
The Horse Capture the Queen

Cxb8
and 16 ... .. d1 in the piece ends the game.

17.Td8 #
INSANE! 1-0

Should I Use A Generic Battery In Canon Camera

Happy 2009 to all!

been more than four months since the last time, not just arrived in Genoa, I wrote something.
months have been intense, filled with tennis, just as I like, in the past to understand how to give my best to the project that I was sharing with leaders in the middle of Liguria and Leo Caperchi.
In this period I have not written anything because I wanted to understand, I wanted to learn more about the colleagues with whom I was starting this adventure and above all I wanted to know and make known to me by the boys and girls that I was going to coach.
So, as a tennis player tackles a match, using his routine, I have dealt with this commitment is important to follow my rules. And that is why the most recent period than to spend many hours a day in the field with our athletes, I have "exchanged" very much with Leo and the other teachers who make up the team of Valletta.
I did not want to write, I did not feel the need, I was "eating", I was still far from the "digestion".
Taking advantage of the Christmas holidays, I was able to think and analyze everything we have done better over the last quarter and I must say I am very pleased with how we started and we are creating the foundation.
Ligurian leaders, whom I thank for the estimation show that to me, are Fans of the first sports project that is being carried out in Valletta.
dialogue between us teachers is clear, following inputs from that Leonardo, but it also goes out or whenever you notice that over quell'atleta this or other situations need to prove technical and / or tactics.
The boys match with great passion and commitment. They are aware of the project that concerns them, they know that you are following a line that is consistently explained.
Parents who live with their children this great growth, which offers competitive tennis, they can see them grow, especially with clarity and knowledge. So
seem strange, but in Italy where to begin in the news, you can only hear bad almost everything (... perhaps there remains only the Ferrari! ... :-), Valletta, the island can be considered happy where you work for the courts of our athletes with skill and passion.

I do to all tennis fans the best wishes for a Happy 2009,

peaceful and especially full of tennis!

Best wishes to all!
